Certificate Online Courses from the Columbia Regional Learning Center (CRLC) can be accessed for free. Recent offerings go far beyond the basic disaster preparedness and response curricula offered by other organizations. New courses include Crisis Decision Making, Personal Preparedness, and Chem Rad Bio: Fundamentals for the Public Health Workforce.GO>
